s RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
KLINGAMAN PARK THIRD ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
b WATERLOO, IOWA.
E-11,7 WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
o coMdition precedent to the final approval of Klingaman Park Third
Ation; namely the installation of sanitary sewer and services,
it_allation of storm sewer, the bringing of streets to grade,
to --installation of six (6) inch Portland cement concrete paving,
aHincidentals, and
H WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
sa ;tantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
aI requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc . has provided two-year
maintenance bond for said Klingaman Park Third Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Plat Improvements for Klingaman
Park Third Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2004 .
