WHEEAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September! 27, 2004 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Metal Roof Restoration for Solid
Waste Storage and Repair Center at Pollution Control, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2004 .
