car WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
1 Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
ru f -of contract, etc . , for the Gates Pool Renovation, in the

r,in HEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
d,Q3le said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc . ,
fb H 1#ie Gates Pool Renovation, which were preliminarily approved
on 0eptember 13 , 2004 , and

H WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 27, 2004 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Gates Pool Renovation, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2004 .
