s GATES POOL RENOVATION.

• E--+ WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2004-651 , specifications, form of
ceontract, etc . , for the Gates Pool Renovation, in the City of
c Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute .

rU h NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said
specifications .
