for the purpcese6 of considering and acting upon an application of

propexr generally located along Indiana Street between Lafayette
Strend :tearborn Avenue for the purpose of constructing 60-
unit affordalje assisted living facility for elderly and low-
income seniors and legally described as follows :
Linden Place Lots 3 , 4 , 5 of Block 19 and the North 15
feet of Lot 6, Block 19, except for the North 20 feet
of Lot 3 , Block 19 to Linden Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
