C WHEREAS, on this 27th day of September, 2004 , at a regular
g9Et$ ln of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
J4 } ary Plat of Burton Avenue Industrial Park First Addition,
0tr , Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval,
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
'to Viand has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
should receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Burton
Avenue Industrial Park First Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and
directed to certify and affix their signatures to said
resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2004 .
