c En-+ ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
vpitt the Agreements dated September 27, 2004, at a cost of
000 . 00 to write grant applications to the U. S . Environmental tection Agency in the amount of $200, 000 . 00 for the CMC
remediation and $350, 000 . 00 for site investigation at the
S',lmberlain site, with no required city match, by and between and R. Green of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
ahorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2004 .
