DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
o CD H In EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
CA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o that the Agreement dated September 27, 2004 , for FY 2005
Commercial Air Service Vertical Infrastructure Program funds in
' the amount of
$81, 424 . 00, to be used for window replacement and
ro tepainting at Livingston Aviation and hangar roof replacement,
,epainting, and rewiring at McCandless Aviation, with no required
city match, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation
and •the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27thday of September, 2004 .
