H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t b the Agreement dated September 27, 2004 , for consulting
e ineering services, at a cost not to exceed $12 , 500 . 00, to
1 de-SQgn improvements at the intersection of University and
AIlsbborough Avenues to include extending the left turn bays on
Unrsity Avenue, by and between Ament, Inc . of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa', and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
aproved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
