barren Pro Shop Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
`specified in the specifications, and
('` WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
;specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
c,sts, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 2004 .
