d HEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall

-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
