O e g4gn 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

Iowa I-5 : 30 p.m. on the llth day of October, 2004 , for the

Terrace Third Addition, except that part lying eight
foot eight inches (8' 8" ) East of and adjacent to the
West line of said lot, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
