BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated October 4,
2004, to serve 30-day suspension of retail cigarette permit from
cc. October 11, 2004 through November 9, 2004, in conjunction with
settlement of violation of tobacco laws, by and between Falls Road
Drug, 2027 Falls Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
tpexecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
