tri -EBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
1iq., gthe agreement dated October 4 , 2004, for a Juvenile
c .rntability Incentive Block Grant (JAIBG) in the amount of
$ 649 . 00, with no required match, to develop programs that will
tog t youth violence, gang and drug-related issues, by and
between the Iowa Department of Human Rights - Division of
Criminal and Juvenile Justice Planning and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authbized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
