That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa slarpget at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Io?Va t 5 : 30 p.m. on the 25th day of October, 2004, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate 50 foot patted right-of-way generally located in the 200 block of Creston $'' nue and legally described as follows : t The 50' wide right-of-way known as Creston Avenue, 1-1 (formerly platted as Boston Avenue) , that lies South of the South line of Fulton Street, and North of the Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad right-of-way, (formerly the Illinois Central and Pacific Railroad) , in Section 29 Township 89 Range 12 in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; with the City' s retention of two permanent easements for sanitary sewer, over, under and above the following described property. 1 . The Southwesterly 20 ' lying normally distant to the Northerly line of the Chicago Central and Pacific Railroad, (formerly the Illinois Central Railroad) ; excepting the West 35' in even width, thereof of said 50' right-of-way described above, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; 2 . The East 20' in even width of the West 35' in even width of said 50' right-of-way. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
