�� oWHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
cfiial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
specfications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
4a.y for East Fifth and West Fifth Street Parking Ramps Deck
Waterproofing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and

n C WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
p(. having considered the same .

H NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2004 .
