shall meeccat the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterlog,, &Qwa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 25th day of October, 2004 ,
for the. , arpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for East
Fifth Street and West Fifth Street Parking Ramps Deck
Waterproofing, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
