c.) r' S SCHOOL TO HOLD ANNUAL HOMECOMING PARADE ON
1-1 OCTOBER 15, 2004 .

oH J WHEREAS, West High School has made written application to the
sry Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold
p,nual Homecoming Parade on October 15, 2004, and

;./1 o o WHEREAS, said parade will be held from approximately 2 : 00
r ' n. to 2 : 30 p.m. , with parade starting at the west side parking
61 traveling west on E. Ridgeway Avenue, north on Kimball Avenue,
ro east on Easton Avenue, south on Baltimore Street and west on E.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of West High School to
f&`&d annual Homecoming Parade on October 15, 2004 from
approximately 2 : 00 p.m. to 2 :30 p.m. , with parade starting at the
rwest side parking lot traveling west on E. Ridgeway Avenue, north
on Kimball Avenue, east on Easton Avenue, south on Baltimore
Street and west on E. Ridgeway Avenue to the west parking lot, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of October, 2004 .
