o .- ,WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
-a- heletfore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
1::) ,44ed specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase
af of E2005 Ambulance Chassis, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

{,3 WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of 2005
Amh.-once Chassis, which were preliminarily approved on September
13 , 004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
11, 2004, and no objections were made .
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATEtiLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Purchase of 2005 Ambulance
Chassis, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of October, 2004 .
