Re ;iel District property generally located at the northwest
conEd Willow Street and Idaho Street for the purpose of
cons ru¢_ting a 60-unit affordable family housing development and
legally' described as follows :
A parcel of land located in the Northwest 1% of Section
19-89-12 , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way
line of Willow Street and the West right-of-way line of
Idaho Street; thence West along the North right-of-way
line of Willow Street a distance of 852 . 50 feet; thence
North parallel with the East line of the Northwest 1/' of
said Section 19 a distance of 844 . 05 feet more or less
to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Chicago
Central Railroad; thence Southeasterly along the
Southwesterly railroad right-of-way line to its
intersection with the West right-of-way line of Idaho
Street; thence South along the West right-of-way line
of Idaho Street to the point of beginning, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
