O H1:33E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t64- the Memorandum of Understanding dated October 11, 2004, at a

c the planning, design and completion of an evaluation of the Fire

Disease Control grant, by and between the University of Northern
Iowa of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
