CONTROLS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 11 , 2004 at a cost of
$1444 . 00, in conjunction with Phase I of Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center Mechanical Restoration Project., by and
been Johnson Controls, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
