of the bid of Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc . of
Wa eraGo, Iowa, in the amount of $24 , 602 . 00, for 2004 Gates Pool
Ran ion (deck replacement and footing installation) , described
in the`-pecifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
protect, after public hearing on published notice required by
law-,14 and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
re,g&iVed for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements .
