'Sectbf 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall friellSt' aft, City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at VV16`' p .m. on the 25th day of October, 2004 for the
purpose pf considering and acting upon a Development Agreement
with 1411bev Burial Vault Company to develop 25 , 000 sq. ft . of
industrial buildings on a 3 . 01 acre site generally located along
Highway 63 , just north of Cyclone Drive, requiring a minimum
taxable value of $600 , 000 . 00 , with the city to reimburse Wilbert
Burial Vault Company for the purchase price of the land, plus
five percent interest through rebatement of taxes over a ten-year
time frame, and legally described as follows :
Kingswood Second Addition Waterloo Lot 20 , all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of October, 2004 .
