meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
to [and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and

y NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY) OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Highland
Crossing, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix
their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2004 .
