WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
shoild receive approval of this Council .
j NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITt7O ' WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Nottingham
Third Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2004 .
