Q . HEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Supntendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
spedtfiCations, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. gr Purchase of End Loader for Street Department, in the
Cite pnlaterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
--WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATE-1aO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
prelirt4nary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
