otW EREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
jiergto ore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
'- epare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
et ao,E- for the Iry Warren Pro Shop Renovation, in the City of
Wateerlo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
theiI,ry Warren Pro Shop Renovation, which were preliminarily
approved on September 27, 2004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
25, 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAT44L00, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
con ;rct, etc . , for the Iry Warren Pro Shop Renovation, in the
Cit* of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2004 .
