I <IciIMEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hei4 Wore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Adnm-istrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the East and West
Fifth Street Parking Ramps Deck Waterproofing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did . £jle said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
cor: raEt, etc . , for the East and West Fifth Street Parking Ramps
Deck Waterproofing, which were preliminarily approved on October
4 , 2004, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
25, 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the East and West Fifth Street Parking Ramps
Deck Waterproofing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2004 .
