WITH WILBERT BURIAL VAULT COMPANY AND
• s DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

OF-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
,;than the Development Agreement dated October 25, 2004 , to develop
5,k:000 sq. ft . of industrial buildings on a 3 . 01 acre site
generally located along Highway 63 , just north of Cyclone Drive
to .allow expansion of existing business, with a minimum taxable
va]fue of $600, 000 . 00, with the city to reimburse Wilbert Burial
Vault Company for the purchase price of the land plus five
percent interest through rebatement of taxes of 90 percent over a
tern dear time frame, by and between Wilbert Burial Vault Company
of I aterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2004 .
