o H C c", r, EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.

L Fi f-kw <IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that =€.h.1-Application dated October 25, 2004, for Hazard Mitigation
Grant41qhding, in the amount of $254, 846 . 00, with 15 percent local
match- :and 10 percent state match, for the purpose of obtaining
financial assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief
and Emergency Assistance Act (PL 93-288, as amended) , the Code of
Iowa (Chapter 29C) , and the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968
(Sect49n;s, 1366 and 1367) , for acquisition of Litzkow Salvage
Operation located within the Floodway District on Black Hawk Road,
by and between Iowa Emergency Management Division through the
Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
file with Iowa Emergency Management Division (IEMD) .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 2004 .
