RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
O s SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
try+ o COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
tr; N ti OF END LOADER FOR STREET DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract,
etq , or the Purchase of End Loader for Street Department, in
Lthy of Waterloo, Iowa, and
EREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
F:TrqprOnary specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
Purse of End Loader for Street Department, which were
pr44' , ;narily approved on October 18, 2004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November
1, 2004, and no objections were made .
c NEW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Purchase of End Loader for
Street Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 2004 .
