BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ghat the Application dated November 1, 2004 , for FY05 Economic
Development Neighborhood Initiative Grant funds in the amount of
($49 5Q . 00 , with no required match, to be used for Community
kol , Acquisition, Demolition and Rental Rehabilitation in
the F'Rath Brownfields area, by and between the U. S . Department of
Rousing and Urban Development (HUD) , and the City of Waterloo,
owa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,
