BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Proposal dated November 8, 2004, to conduct goal setting
sessions with staff and Council Members at a cost of $1, 900 . 00, by
cand-, between University of Northern Iowa Institute of Decision
Making of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
