r NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following special assessment, and any
penalty and interest, be and the same hereby forgiven and the City
Clerk- be and she is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk
County Treasurer of said forgiveness .
