�" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

o That the bid of Altorfer, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in the
amount of $77, 282 . 00, for the Purchase of End Loader, described
in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
- prolct, after public hearing on published notice required by
law,. be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
C re-dived for said work.

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
cdit-Tact with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by the Council .
