H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
:• that the Application dated November 15, 2004, for a Baseball
Tomorrow Fund Grant, in the amount of $25, 000 . 00, with no

requited match, to be used for improvements at Tibbitts Baseball
Complex including replacement of fencing, building bullpens and
• dugouts and creating seating areas behind home plate, by and
