RESOLUTION NO. 2004-811
RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 22, 2004, for existing sewer
lines for property generally located just off Katoski Drive north
of Huntington Road, for the following described property:
The subject parcel is :
That part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section No. 28, Township No. 89 North, Range
No. 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, further
described as follows:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section
No. 28; thence North 00°00' 00" East 871. 35 feet along
the West line of said Section; thence North 90°00' 00"
East 100. 00 feet to the East right of way line of
Katoski Drive and the point , of beginning; thence South
00°00' 00" East 14 . 87 feet; thence North 43°02' 42" East
166. 64 feet; thence North 00°00' 00" East 179. 49 feet to
the South line of Downing Heights Addition; thence
North 88°43' 39" West 30 . 01 feet along said South line;
thence South 00°00' 00" East 168 . 33 feet; thence South
43°02' 42" West 137 . 46 feet to the East right of way
line of Katoski Drive; thence South 28°52' 36" East
20. 88 feet along said right of way line to the point of
beginning containing 0 . 223 acres more or less, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;

1 . 016 acres more or less, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Heartland Vineyard Church and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
