SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE IOWA
HDEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR
H FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

os rHEREAS, The CBE Group, Inc. is an existing business
• devsrrsng to expand their operations in the City of Waterloo,

N > WHEREAS, funding assistance is available through the Iowa
ooDment of Economic Development' s Community Economic
Betement Account and New Capital Investment Account to
emerging and expanding companies, and

c) H HEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, desires to provide
assistance to the company to facilitate the creation of jobs and

g,OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
