RESOLUTION NO. 2004-814 RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENT NO. 2-2004 TO THE AIRPORT AREA URBAN RENEWAL AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO INCLUDE AREA ALONG THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD DOWN TO PARKER STREET AND ADDITIONAL LAND AROUND THE AIRPORT AND ALLOW TAX REBATES AND INCENTIVES TO BE USED FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE SHULTZ MANUFACTURING PLANT AS DECEMBER 13, 2004, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 13th day of December, 2004, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the proposed amendment to the Airport Area Urban Renewal and Development Plan to include area along the Illinois Central Railroad down to Parker Street and additional land around the airport and allow tax rebates and incentives to be used for 'redevelopment of the Shultz Manufacturing plant, legally described as follows : Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest k of the Northwest of Section 8 Township 89 Range 13, thence North along the West line of said Section to the Southwest corner of Section 5 Township 89 Range 13, thence North along the West line of Section 5 to its intersection with the Northerly line of the Chicago Central Railroad, thence Southeasterly along said railroad line to its intersection with the Easterly line of Leversee Road, thence North along the East line of Leversee Road to the North line of Section 5, thence West along the North line of Section 5 to the Southwest corner of Section 32 Township 90 Range 13, thence North along the West line of said Section 32 to the Northwest corner of said Section, thence East along the North line of said Section to the Northeast corner of said Section, thence South to the West 11 corner of
