NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAOELOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2004 Tibbitts Baseball Complex Fencing
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hy, approved as filed.
