hat the bid of Miller Fence Company of Waterloo, Iowa in
tlrnount of $65, 560 . 31, for 2004 Tibbitts Baseball Complex
o Fencing Project, described in the specifications heretofore
-4, alopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
0o pubIished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
. same being the lowest bid received for said work.

he Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by the Council .
