A -parcel of land located in the SW of the SE of
Section 29, T89NR12W of the 5th Principal Meridian,
described as follows : Commencing at the SE corner of
the SW k of the SE 3,1 of said Section 29, thence W along
the S line of said Section a distance of 410 feet,
thence at right angles N 450 feet, thence at right
angles E 410 feet, thence S to the place of beginning;
except the SE 1' acres of the SW of the SE k of
Section 29, T89NR12W of the 5th Principal Meridian, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Said
tract of acres being in the shape of a square.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
