O N N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

p.operty generally located at 4428 Leversee Road for $58, 500 . 00

btIding and clear the trees at ground level if all requirements
are met, by and between Daniel Salisbury, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
