' Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. , on the 3rd day of February,
2003, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the re-
establishment of a "Self-Supported Municipal Improvement
District" (SSMID) for an area described as follows :
Franklin Street from East 3rd Street to the Union
Pacific Railroad across the river to Jefferson Street,
along Jefferson Street to West 5th Street to Washington
Street, along Washington Street to West 3rd Street,
along West 3rd Street, to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 2003.
