WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
;heretofore instructed City Engineer to prepare proposed plans,
ryspecifi>cations, form of contract, etc. , for the construction of
' thy.„ San Marnan Drive Traffic Improvements - Phase II, STP-U-
81S5 (657)-70-07, known as Contract No. 647, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the San Marnan Drive
Traffic Improvements - Phase II, STP-U-8155 ( 657)-70-07, Contract
No. 647, and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
13, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2003 .
