Q WHEREAS, on January 13, 2003, at 5: 30 p.m. in the City Hall
oCouncil Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of

PJW74tOrloo concerning the San Marnan Drive Traffic Improvements -
(' EP4ae II, STP-U-8155 (657)-70-07, Contract No. 647, and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
0,9nstruction of said project .
co BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of anuary, 2003.
