That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall it eet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 27th day of January, 2003, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey city-owned property generally located on Dundee Avenue between Stratford Avenue and Upton Avenue to Gina Jordan, and legally described as follows : First Addition to Galloway Lot 66 Lot 67 Lot 68 Lot 69 and First Addition to Galloway Lot 65, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, for $16, 800 . 00, plus costs. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courtier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2003 .
