DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE IOWA

N 0 EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
E+ < BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
u that the Agreements dated January 13 , 2003 , for reconstruction of
---_ ''grade crossings surface at 18th Street and 11th Street, at an
estimated total cost of $117, 324 . 99, with City' s estimated cost
$25, 465 . 00, by and between the Iowa Department of
"'Tansportation and the Iowa Northern Railroad Company, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2003 .
