That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 27th day of January, 2003 , for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2003 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 662 . Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2003 .
